The information below demonstrates how our shipping policy could operate if OFFSETclo were a live e-commerce store.

1. UK Shipping

For orders within the United Kingdom, the following delivery options may be available:

  Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days.

• Express Delivery — £5.99
  Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days.

• Free Standard Delivery
  Available on orders over £75.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, product launches, seasonal sales or circumstances outside our control.

2. Order Processing

Orders would normally be processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays would normally begin processing on the next working day.

During high-demand periods or new collection releases, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Order Tracking

Once an order had been dispatched, customers would receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information where available.

Tracking information may take several hours to become active after the parcel has been collected by the delivery provider.

8. Damaged Deliveries

If an order arrived damaged, customers would be asked to contact us as soon as reasonably possible with their order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the condition of the parcel and product.
